Guidelines - Faculty Handbook 1.1.2 Course Evaluation
Faculty may add up to 5 additional questions to the course evaluations two weeks prior to the start for students. Please be sure if you created custom questions that you have actually attached them to the evaluations. • A bank of general questions that have been used previously by various instructors are conveniently located here : https://cip.kenyon.edu/questions-available-through-online-course-evaluation-system
• You may create a survey to enter multiple questions, or you may add a single question.
• A tutorial within the system is available by clicking on the tutorial “drop down” in the upper right hand corner of your dashboard.
• The results of the questions you add are seen only by you. Please note that we are limiting you to five (5) additional questions so as to avoid student survey fatigue.
You are encouraged to discuss the importance of feedback with your students to motivate them to complete the evaluations.
