To initiate an employee ID badge, please visit kcard.kenyon.edu.
Log in credentials are the same as your Kenyon network email and password. From here, you will be given the option to upload a photo, which will be used when the badge is printed. Please note: photos uploaded on the Kcard site are used exclusively for ID badges, and do not take the place of departmental photos used on campus websites. Submitted photos should provide a clear picture of the employee, and are subject to approval.
To confirm approval of the submitted photo, please contact Anthony Cline at email@example.com or 740-427-5775. After confirmation of approval, please arrange a time to pick up the ID card. Due to ongoing guidelines related to COVID-19, we request that ID cards be done by appointment only.
Photos should only be submitted to kcard.kenyon.edu if the Office of Human Resources does not have one on file. In these cases, the photo submission process is identical to that described above. All photos submitted for card re-prints are subject to approval.
No fees are currently assessed for new employee ID cards or existing employee card replacements. We do encourage care for these cards, including keeping them in wallets, purses, or protective card carriers. Holes should not be punched through any part of the cardstock, as this can affect the badge's functionality.
