All on-campus student employment positions should be posted in Symplicity. This ensures equity and gives you, as the employer, the chance to meet candidates from across the entire campus. If you do not currently have a Symplicity account and will be hiring students, please contact the Student Employment Office and we can get you started. View the directions for posting in Symplicity. Once you've entered and submitted your job, it will need to be approved by our office in order to be activated. You are welcome to email email@example.com in order to let us know you'd like to have the job approved. After the job has been approved you can start any advertising you plan to do for the position. Let students in your department and across campus know that you're looking to hire. You can promote the position via email, bulletin board posts or word of mouth. Then refer students to Symplicity with your job title or the automatically generated job number so they can apply to your position.
