Students traveling alone to Kenyon for official campus visits in their senior year of high school, scheduled through the Office of Admissions, may arrange for a shuttle between John Glenn International Airport and Kenyon. After you have scheduled the details of your visit with the Office of Admissions (including an interview, class visit, overnight stay in the dorms when appropriate, campus tour, etc.), you may request a shuttle by following up with the Office of Admissions on the details of your flights. Please contact the Office of Admissions at least 10 days prior to your visit to arrange a shuttle.
When scheduling your flights, please keep in mind that Gambier is located approximately one hour away from John Glenn International. Please consider the times of your flights as you will need to arrive at the airport at least 1-1.5 hours prior to your takeoff. For example, if your flight leaves at 6:00am, you will need to catch a shuttle from campus at 4:00am at the very latest, which may cause a hardship to you, and our shuttle drivers. Please try to consider scheduling flights that leave from and arrive to John Glenn International no earlier than 8am, and no later than 10pm when possible. Thank you for your consideration!
