Your first visit will be an initial consultation with a decision regarding what follow-up services are needed. Follow-up visits will be either concise appointments (25 minutes) or traditional appointments (45 minutes) based on the appropriate level of care.

When scheduling your first appointment, you will be given intake forms to complete. These forms assist our counseling staff with understanding your truth, your reason for scheduling an appointment, and valuable information that can help shape your treatment.

Please complete all forms prior to your first appointment.

At the end of your appointment, our counseling team member will discuss next steps and help you schedule a follow-up appointment (if needed).

No-showing a scheduled appointment, impacts our ability and timeliness to provide you (and your peers) with compassionate care and support.

If you wish to cancel your appointment, please do so at the earliest time possible, ideally 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time so that we can offer that appointment to another student on our waitlist.
