Kenyon-Exeter Program,University of Exeter
The Kenyon-Exeter Program provides students with the opportunity to spend a year of study and travel in England, supervised by a member of the Kenyon faculty. Developed by the English department, the program is designed to encourage students to study the literature of England at its source and is open to all majors with an interest in English literature. Students enroll as fully matriculated students at the university and take four courses: two year-long courses in the Exeter School of English, one course taught by the accompanying Kenyon faculty member who is also the resident director, and one course in an Exeter department of the student's choice. Travel to various sites in England as part of the director's course and vacation travel monies are part of the program. Students have the option of living in flats or in university halls. (See the Exeter Program fact sheet in the Center for Global Engagement for details.)
