Costs & Financial Aid
As of the 2013-14 academic year, Kenyon will charge Off-Campus Study (OCS) students Kenyon tuition, room and board. There will be no separate OCS fee. If the program tuition is higher than Kenyon tuition, the higher program tuition will be charged. Kenyon will pay tuition, room and board to the program. For programs where board is self-catered or a portion of the board is the student's responsibility, Kenyon will provide a stipend to the student to cover those costs. PLEASE NOTE: Kenyon tuition, room and board MUST be paid to Kenyon prior to the release of any stipend.
Financial aid will carry to the OCS program, with the exception of work-study. For students on financial aid, expenses such as travel, books, etc, will be taken into account when calculating any stipend. Students are encouraged to discuss their specific situation with CGE staff and to review budget costs provided in StudioAbroad.
Kenyon tuition remission and GLCA tuition remission benefits do not transfer to OCS programs. Students who receive these benefits may apply for financial aid.
