Natalie Shapero

Kenyon Review Fellow

Natalie Shapero began studying poetry in college, going on to receive an M.F.A. from Ohio State, where she was awarded a Presidential Fellowship from the Graduate School for outstanding work on a terminal degree project. She then attended law school at the University of Chicago, after which she worked as the Steven Gey Fellow in the Legal Department of Americans United for Separation of Church and State. Natalie's poems have appeared in magazines and literary journals including The Kenyon Review, The New Republic, Poetry, and The Progressive, and her full-length collection, No Object, will be published by Saturnalia Books in 2013.
