Surveys for Departmental Assessments

Many departments and programs administer surveys as part of ongoing assessment efforts. On this page you can find resources for creating department and program surveys as well as summary results for past surveys.

Resources

It's often helpful to begin the survey creation process by looking at questions that have worked well in the past. You can use questions in the Assessment Survey Question Library verbatim or alter the question to suit your needs.
