Remember, your insurance coverage with Kenyon DOES NOT cover prescriptions.

Prescription Options:

1. Take the written prescription to the pharmacy of your choice. Also have home insurance card information and payment method (credit, debit, cash).
2. Foster's Eastside offers a prescription delivery service Monday through Friday for a fee. Prior to filling your prescription, you must complete and sign a form for Foster's Eastside and fax it to their office. The form is available at the Kenyon Health Center or use this link: Foster's Form
