To join the Writing Center Staff

To join the Writing Center staff, submit an application (forms available in Olin 131).

Applications are due one week after spring break for staff positions available for the following fall semester.

Students who work in the Writing Center are required to participate in a week-long orientation program introducing the theory and practice of peer tutoring in writing. This is followed throughout the semester by reading, writing, and discussion, both at the weekly common hour meetings (on Tuesdays) and on the Writing Center Moodle site.
