LADS: Learning And Doing Science
LADS (Learning and Doing Science) is a program created to extend boys' science education beyond the classroom and develop their appreciation for the pursuit of scientific discovery. Experimenting alongside the students and scientists of Kenyon College, the lads of LADS will watch invisible particles, find the hidden destructive power of gummy bears, and much more! We will learn material that is fun, exciting and totally new.
Available to all middle school boys (grades 6-8). The program begins at 9:00 a.m. and goes until 1:30 p.m. Registration is free, and lunch will be provided.
