2010 OPA Poster Session

Congratulations to Analise Gonzalez, '11, Avril Ho '11, Alexandra Kirsch '11, Alyssa Van Denburg '12 and Emma Wampler, '09 who presented research posters for a conference of the Ohio Psychological Association. Analise, Avril, and Alyssa all won awards for their work.

Analise Gonzalez '11 and Avril Ho '11 captured first place in the undergraduate non-empirical session with their poster "Cutting, Breaking, and Bleaching: Appearance Modification in Ethnic Minority Women."

Alyssa Van Denburg '12 received an honorable mention in the undergraduate empirical session with her poster "'Putting On' Sexiness: A Content Analysis of the Presence of Sexualizing Characteristics in Girls' Clothing."
