Honors Day Prize Forms
The Prize Forms:
Links to the listings of prize forms for each award given at Honors Day are listed at the bottom of this page. The documents can be saved to your desktop for ease of use. When you have finished filling the form out, print it and submit it via campus mail to Pamela Faust at Edelstein 26.
PLEASE REMEMBER:
1. As discussed in the December 2009 Department Chairs' Meeting, selecting only one student to receive a prize continues to be the approach suggested by long-tenured members of the faculty. Limiting each prize to one student maintains the significance of receiving such recognition from a department.
2. The Accounting Department will NOT accept forms that list multiple winners all scrunched together on the information lines; each award recipient must have their own form! Single forms listing more than one winner will be returned to the department for correction.
3. Accounting also forbids the use of gift certificates, whether they are for the Kenyon Bookstore or an outside entity, as they create legal difficulties during financial audits.
