Kenyon College Fringe Benefit Plan: Retirement, Supplemental Retirement Annuities, EMERITI Retiree Health, Disability, Health, and Life Insurance. The annual reports for these plans have been filed with the Internal Revenue Service, as required under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA).

Basic Plan Information
Benefits under these plans are provided through individually owned annuity contracts or through insurance carriers.

All annuity and insurance premiums have been remitted to the insurance companies in accordance with the terms of each contracting company. No amounts were due at the plan year end.

You have a right to receive a copy of the full annual report, or any part thereof, on request, for any or all annual reports that have been filed with the Internal Revenue Service.
