Closing a search
Closing out a search involves two steps:
1. Change the status of any remaining active applicants in PeopleAdmin. Indicate which person was "Hired," which were "Interviewed," which were in the "Top Ten," and which were "Not Hired." All applicants except the one(s) hired should be listed under "inactive" once you have completed this step.
2. Submit the Final Hiring Report (formerly "Hiring Report III") indicating who was offered the position and who accepted it. [Download Final Hiring Report - Staff/Faculty]
