Campus Awards

The Division of Student Affairs awards the following awards annually to deserving Kenyon College students for recognition of their excellence in leadership, service, and dedication to the campus community and beyond. Winners are awarded on Honors Day, held in April.

The winners of these awards are either nominated by a member of the Kenyon College community and chosen by a campus selection committee, or voted on by all faculty, administration, and students of the College.

The deadline for all nominations is Friday, February 22, 2013 at 4:30pm,
with the exception of the Anderson Cup.
Anderson Cup nominations will be accepted Monday, February 4 - Friday, February 8.

Given to the student who, in the opinion of the students and faculty, has done the most for the College during the current academic year. The award is presented at Honors Day.

The nomination process will begin the week of February 4, 2013. Final voting will take place during the week of February 25-March 1, 2013.

(nomination by a member of the Kenyon community required)

This award is presented to the student who was instrumental in developing major changes for the betterment of the social and intellectual life of the student body, as well as in recognition of the qualities of "vision, responsibility, courage, and dedication to excellence." This award may be given to any student of any class (though most often given to a senior). Recipient's name will be inscribed on a cup and displayed in the Student Affairs Center.

Awarded to the student who has made an active and significant contribution during the year to the general welfare of others. The recipient's name will be engraved on a plaque displayed in the Student Affairs Center.
