Room Reservation Information
During the academic year, individuals and groups who would like to use most spaces on campus must make a reservation following the steps outlined here. We request that you plan at least 48 hours ahead and remember that all offices are closed after 4:30 p.m. and on weekends.
- Consult KC Reserve It to find an available space, at least 24 hours before the space is required .
- Have available the following information: Name of organization/department using the space, explanation and title of event, contact person, date of event reservation, beginning and ending time of event reservation (keeping in mind set up and tear down), estimated attendance, first choice of space and second choice of space.
- Contact the person listed below for reserving space during the academic year.

To reserve the following spaces for events:
Rosse Hall -- Lorie Shults
Brandi Recital Hall (Storer) and Bemis Music Room (Peirce 210)-- Donna Maloney
Bolton Theater or Hill Theater-- Kris Conant
Gund Gallery Atrium-- Read instructions then fill out the Lobby Reservation Form. For catering in The Gund Gallery, fill out and return the Gund Gallery Catering Contract
Horn Gallery- Horn Managers
Once the academic year finishes or during College breaks (Thanksgiving, Winter, Spring and Summer), the Office of Business services handles all room and space reservations. Please contact Bonnie Warren at 427-5250 for availability and pricing.
Kenyon non-college department/organization facility and space use --

Academic Year dates between August 15 - Commencement: Rentable spaces are available for non-college use, but cannot be reserved more than one month prior to date requested*. Rental and college services rates apply.
*The Church of the Holy Spirit is available throughout the year.
*The following facilities may be rented over fall break, semester break, and spring break throughout the year, pending college closed dates and maintenance projects. Rental and college services rates apply:
Ascension Hall, Cheever Room of Finn House, Church of the Holy Spirit, Gund Commons Ballroom, Kenyon Athletic Center, Peirce Hall areas, Rosse/Storer Halls, and Weaver Cottage Great Room.
May dates between Commencement - Reunion Weekend: Spaces are unlikely available due to Reunion Weekend preparations.
Summer dates between Reunion Weekend - August 14: All facilities for both internal and external purposes are scheduled through the Office of Business Services/Bonnie Warren.
