Registration Dates and Deadlines

Registration for Commencement Weekend will be done primarily via the Web site. If one of your guests requires a paper version of the registration materials, we would be happy to mail one to them.

Friday, March 1 - Room and Meal Registration Opens

You may register to stay in residence hall rooms on Thursday, May 16, and Friday, May 17. (PLEASE REMEMBER: all residence halls close at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 18.) Please see the Accommodations page for further information on staying in a residence hall. Please see the End of Year Closing Information on the Housing and Residential Life site for further information about residence halls closing for the year.

Tuesday, April 30 - Room and Meal Registration Closes

The online registration form on the Web site will be disabled at Midnight. Any paper registration forms must be received at the commencement office by this date.

Wednesday, May 8 - Reimbursement Window Closes

After this date, the commencement office can no longer reimburse cancelled reservations.
