Information for Parents & Guests

Congratulations on your student's upcoming graduation! The links in the left-hand column will assist parents and guests with planning for Commencement Weekend.

Specific registration information for residence hall rooms and meals will be added to the Web site in mid-February 2012.

Parents will receive mailings just before the Thanksgiving break in 2011 and in late February 2012 to assist in the planning and registration process.

We've prepared a very brief Checklist for Parents (PDF) to help you track a few of the pre-Commencement details.

We also encourage you to check out the Closing Checklist and Information prepared by Residential Life. (As of June 28, 2011, the current closing list is for 2011. The closing list for 2012 will be posted in April 2012.)
