Sustainability at Kenyon takes many forms. Students enjoy exploring nature at the Brown Family Environmental Center and eating local food at Peirce Dining Hall. There are a myriad of opportunities and resources for those wishing to get more involved.

Environmental Campus Organization (ECO) is a student-run organization that focuses on environmental initiatives on campus and works to create an environmentally friendly culture at Kenyon. Email eco@kenyon.edu for more information.

People Endorsing Agrarian Sustainability (PEAS) is a student-run organization that works to further agrarian sustainability by working with the local community. PEAS focuses on the use of locally produced food and getting students involved in regional farms through visiting and volunteering. Email peas@kenyon.edu for more information.

Food Co-Op is a student-run organization that strives to spread awareness about where food comes from and build a community around local food. Email kenyon.food.coop@kenyon.edu for more information.

The Brown Family Environmental Center (BFEC) exists to support the educational goals of Kenyon College by providing opportunities for study of organisms and habitats and by conserving the natural diversity and cultural heritage of the Kokosing River valley. The BFEC also aims to benefit the general public of Knox County through environmental education and recreation consistent with its collegiate educational goals.
