Web Pages
Content for the main Kenyon Web site is managed through the Office of Public Affairs. In addition to overseeing the top-level pages of the site, members of the public affairs staff train offices and departments to maintain Web pages using Kenyon's Web content management system (CMS). Our services include:
- Individual training sessions
- Monthly group workshops
- Trained student worker assistance for academic departments
If your office requires a Web site, or if the page maintainer for an existing site has changed, please contact Patty Burns or Rebecca Mazur.
Faculty biographies
The Office of Public Affairs will work with new faculty to develop a biography page for the Web site. The academic administrative assistant should notify Patty Burns or Rebecca Mazur when a new faculty member is hired and should send the new faculty member the electronic faculty bio form.
Moodle and personal faculty pages
Faculty who wish to maintain a teaching Web site should contact their LBIS liaison for information about Moodle, Kenyon's course management system. If a faculty member requires additional Web space outside of Moodle and the main Kenyon CMS, he or she should consult with the department chair for that department's protocol.
