Submit an Event to the Online Calendar
Kenyon's online calendar is an important tool for promoting your campus event. Events on the calendar are e-mailed to members of the Kenyon community on Mondays and Thursdays in the Calendar Digest. Follow the instructions below to enter an event on the calendar:
- Go to http://calendar.kenyon.edu (a link to the calendar is located at the top of each page on the Kenyon Web site).
- Click on the "Update" tab in the right-hand corner of your screen.
- Enter your regular Kenyon username and password in the login box and click "Login."
- Select "Add a new event" and enter your event information in the appropriate fields. Click "Submit Event" and "Save Event."
Calendar submissions will be reviewed daily by members of the public affairs staff before being posted on the live calendar.
