|1. The course was full.
||Look at the enrollment limit and enrollment numbers on the Schedule of Courses.
||Contact the instructor.
|2. Seats were saved for classes registered after yours.
||Look at reserved seats.
||Come to our office in August. We may be able to add your class — no form necessary.
|3. You do not have the prerequisites as stated in the Course Catalog.
||Look at Pre-Requisites.
||Contact instructor. Permission is required to override prerequisites.
|4. There was a time conflict with another course already on your schedule.
||View your schedule and the Schedule of Courses.
||If you need to change sections of a year course, you must come to our office for forms.
|5. The course required the permission of the instructor.
||Look at the Schedule of Courses. If "PI" is listed beside the limit, you need permission.
||Get the instructor's written permission.
|6. The course was cancelled.
||If it is not listed on the Schedule of Courses, it is not being offered.
||Find another course.
|7. Major restrictions
||Please read the course description in the Course Catalog.
||Declare your major or contact the instructor.
|8. You submitted a fifth .50 unit or .75 unit class.
||You didn't see the class on your schedule.
||Come to our office to add it during the first week of classes in August.
