Why didn't I get my course?

WHY YOU MAY NOT HAVE GOTTEN A COURSE LISTED ON YOUR FORM HOW YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO
1. The course was full. Look at the enrollment limit and enrollment numbers on the Schedule of Courses. Contact the instructor.
2. Seats were saved for classes registered after yours. Look at reserved seats. Come to our office in August. We may be able to add your class — no form necessary.
3. You do not have the prerequisites as stated in the Course Catalog. Look at Pre-Requisites. Contact instructor. Permission is required to override prerequisites.
4. There was a time conflict with another course already on your schedule. View your schedule and the Schedule of Courses. If you need to change sections of a year course, you must come to our office for forms.
5. The course required the permission of the instructor. Look at the Schedule of Courses. If "PI" is listed beside the limit, you need permission. Get the instructor's written permission.
6. The course was cancelled. If it is not listed on the Schedule of Courses, it is not being offered. Find another course.
7. Major restrictions Please read the course description in the Course Catalog. Declare your major or contact the instructor.
8. You submitted a fifth .50 unit or .75 unit class. You didn't see the class on your schedule. Come to our office to add it during the first week of classes in August.
