Each student must successfully complete at least one major--either a discipline-based major or an interdisciplinary major. Minors and interdisciplinary concentrations are optional.

Drawing from the options presented above, students, in consultation with their faculty advisors, develop and implement their chosen courses of study. In brief, the requirements and options are as follows:

All degree candidates must successfully complete a minimum of one major course of study (either a departmental major or an interdisciplinary one) including the Senior Exercise.
Students may choose to complete a minor.
Students may choose to complete an interdisciplinary concentration.
