PLEASE NOTE
- Typically, transcripts should be mailed directly from any Registrar's Office directly to the intended recipient; many recipients will not accept one that has passed through other hands.
- Transcripts sent by fax are not official, though they often serve their purpose depending on the recipient and the situation. If you are not sure, ask the recipient.
- If you entered Kenyon since 1980, your transcript is produced by printing your computer record on tamper-proof paper. All official transcripts are mailed in a sealed envelope with the Registrar's stamp over the seal.
- If you entered Kenyon before 1980, your transcript will show your home address as recorded when you first entered Kenyon; this is never updated. Your transcript is produced by photocopying the face of your permanent record card onto tamper-proof paper.
- We do not follow up to determine if transcripts were received by the intended recipient. If your name has changed since you attended Kenyon, be sure to inform the recipient of your previous names. This will assist them when matching the transcript to your file. Your transcript may be resent if not received within 30 days at no charge.
- We at Kenyon do not consider transcripts received from other institutions to be official if they are received by fax.
- We do not consider transcripts received from other institutions to be official if they are hand delivered--they should be mailed directly to us from the sending Registrar.
- Kenyon College reserves the right to restrict transcript service for those who violate the integrity of their Kenyon record.
- Please note: We are unable to confirm receipt of your request. You must call 740-427-5122 to confirm receipt.
