Joshua Levithan

Assistant Professor of Humanities

Josh Levithan came to Kenyon in 2007, joining the IPHS faculty. Trained as an ancient historian, he has teaching interests in Roman history (particularly the cultural and military history of the Roman Empire) and the interplay of history and literature. In 2011-12, he is teaching Odyssey of the West and a seminar on siege warfare.
