History Faculty
The faculty of Kenyon's Department of History collectively cover the history of most regions of the globe. Among the faculty are historians of Africa, East Asia, South Asia, Latin America, Europe (Medieval and Modern), and the United States. Within each of these expansive fields are important sub-fields to which these faculty bring specialized training and expertise. Such sub-fields include South Africa, China, Japan, India, Argentina, Britain, France, Spain, Russia, Eastern Europe, European Women's History, African American, and American Indian History. The diverse and accomplished faculty of the Department of History are dedicated to their students, and to the areas of history for which they assume special responsibility.
