Andrew Reinert joined Kenyon's faculty in 1990, after a short term at his alma mater, Pomona College. Although his background includes work with the Santa Fe Opera and other professional theater companies, his primary interest is the practice of theatre in a liberal arts context. He regularly teaches the department's introductory course, along with courses in his specialties: scenery, lighting, and costume design. He has designed scenery, lighting, or costumes for more than fifty productions at Kenyon.
