Operator-assisted long distance calling

When you dial 9 + 0, please wait for at least 15 seconds to be connected with the operator. When you dial 9 + 00 (collect calls), please wait at least 6 seconds to be connected with the operator. You will have many options to complete your call.

You may charge your calls in several ways: to calling cards; to major credit cards such as Mastercard, American Express, and Diner's Club; or to "collect." International calls may only be billed to a calling card or major credit card. You may communicate with operators in almost any language. Your calls will appear on the credit card bill to which you charge the call.
