When you dial 9 + 0, please wait for at least 15 seconds to be connected with the operator. When you dial 9 + 00 (collect calls), please wait at least 6 seconds to be connected with the operator. You will have many options to complete your call.

You may charge your calls in several ways: to calling cards; to major credit cards such as Mastercard, American Express, and Diner's Club; or to "collect." International calls may be billed to a calling card or major credit card only. You may communicate with operators in almost any language. Your calls will appear on the credit card bill to which you charge the call.
