Digital Phone Features

• Auto Dial
  
  • To store number: With handset on phone, press AUTODIAL...dial number...press AUTODIAL again.
  • To call number: Lift handset...select a free extension...press AUTODIAL.
• Conference Calls
  While on a call, press CONFERENCE...dial next party and announce conference...press CONFERENCE again. Repeat procedure for each participant, up to five additional parties. (If any party does not answer, press your extension key before continuing to add another party).
• Forward Calls
  With handset on phone press FORWARD...dial 4-digit extension you wish to forward your calls to...press FORWARD again. To cancel: Press FORWARD. To reinstate: Press FORWARD twice.
• Group Pickup
  Select a free extension on phone...press CALL PICKUP, or dial 113
• Hold Call
  Press HOLD and hang up...you will hear short tone bursts intermittently to remind you. To return: Lift handset...press extension key where call is held.
• Message Center
  Message Waiting is indicated by a flashing red light...select a free extension and press MESSAGE, or dial Message Center number, 7000...from your phone press # (from any other phone dial your extension number + #)...enter password, then #...hear mailbox summary. (See Voice Mail Instructions for further information.)
• Park Call
  To park a call on your extension: Press PARK twice. To park a call on another extension: Press PARK...dial new extension...press PARK. To retrieve: Select a free extension number on phone...dial 1172...dial number where call is parked.
• Redial
  Select a free extension...press the same extension number again to automatically redial the last number dialed.
• Speed Dial
  • To store a phone number: With handset on phone press SPEED CALL...enter Speed Call Code (1 or 2 digits)...dial phone number...press SPEED CALL again.
  • To use: Select a free extension number...press SPEED CALL...dial Speed Call Code of phone number to be dialed.
  • To change a Speed Call number: Press SPEED CALL...enter Speed Call Code you wish to change...dial new phone number...press SPEED CALL again.
  • To delete: Press SPEED CALL...enter Speed Call Code you want to erase...Press *...press SPEED CALL again.

    Note: Long Distance Authorization Codes cannot be stored as part of a Speed Call number.

• Transfer Call
  Press TRANSFER...dial number...wait for the call to be answered (or to go to Voice Mail)...press TRANSFER again. If you wish to return to the caller without transferring, press the extension number of the call.
