The Winds of Wintergreen quintet performs chamber music at the Wintergreen Music Summer Festival in Virginia annually, both as an ensemble and with the Wintergreen Festival Orchestra. Its first CD, a recording with trumpeter Paul Neebe of the concertos of J.M. Molter for trumpet and winds, will be released this year. In July and August 2006, the ensemble toured South Africa, performing at a horn symposium in Cape Town and with the KwaZulu-Natal Philharmonic Orchestra in Durban.
The Warner Concert Series of chamber music was established in 1985 in memory of Charlotte Collins Warner, the wife of H. Landon Warner, longtime Kenyon professor of history.
