Are you bringing a speaker to campus? Setting up a symposium or a social event? One of the best ways to publicize your event is Kenyon's online calendar. It's easy to submit calendar items electronically.
Go to http://calendar.kenyon.edu (a link to the calendar is located at the very top of each page on the College's Web site). In addition to seeing current listings, you can list your own event: click on the "Submit" tab, log in with your regular Kenyon username and password, and click "add new event."

The 2006-07 Campus Directory has arrived. Each member of the faculty, administration, and staff should have received a copy in campus mail last week. Emeritus faculty should come to the Office of Public Affairs to receive their free copies. Employees who ordered extra copies, at $3.00 per book, should also come to public affairs to pick them up and pay for them.
Employees and retirees under the Kenyon health insurance plan will soon be receiving new insurance identification cards. Employee Benefit Management Corp (EBMC) has developed unique ID numbers that replace the policyholder's social security number, which will no longer appear on the health and prescription drug ID card. The new ID cards have been generated and mailed to employees' home addresses.
