Online Textbook Adoption Requests (faculty only)

Faculty may submit textbook adoption requests using this online form.

Faculty accessing this page from off-campus will need to log-in to the VPN (instructions on using the VPN). Once you've logged in, please scroll down and look for the Textbook Order Form link on the Remote Access landing page.

Orders for General Trade Books

To order a book, please obtain as much of the following information as possible:

• Title of the book.
• The author's name.
• The publisher.
• Is the book hardcover or paperback?
• The ISBN number.
• The edition and/or copyright date.

Supply us with:

• Your name.
• Your address.
• Your e-mail address.
• Your telephone number.
