Stay Healthy--enjoy your college years which are filled with choices, challenges and achievements.
Do Not Neglect Your Body--even when you are so involved with the academic and social life of college. Even with the best of care, you may be "under the weather" at some time in your college years. More often than not, you can successfully treat yourself.
