A: After you have completed the necessary forms in the Office of Human Resources, a system manager will contact you with your user name and temporary password.

Q: How do I obtain my Kenyon ID card?
A: After obtaining your employee ID number from the Office of Human Resources, you may set up an appointment to have your photo ID card made by phoning the Office of Safety (740) 427-5109. The Office of Safety is located at 101 Scott Lane.

Q: How do I register my vehicle so I may park in Kenyon parking lots?
A: Vehicles are registered with the Office of Safety. Please call (740) 427-5109 and ask for a registration form.

Q: Am I permitted to eat in the Student Dining Halls?
A: Yes. There is a basket in each Dining Hall for you to leave the appropriate amount. If this is a business meal and you have authorization to charge to your department, please fill in your name, department name and the account number to be charged.

Q: How do I obtain a Kenyon Library card?
A: The Barcode on the back of your Kenyon ID card grants you access to check out materials at the Kenyon Library.

Q: May I use the Kenyon Athletic and Recreation facilities?
A. Yes, you and members of your immediate family may use the athletic facilities subject to normal availability.
