On Campus Registration Center

The registration and information center for Commencement Weekend will be located in the Kenyon College Bookstore on Gaskin Avenue.

Registration Center Hours:

Thursday, May 16: 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Friday, May 17: 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Saturday, May 18: 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Registration Packet Pick-Up

Registration packets for our guests—containing room keys, meal tickets, the official Commencement Weekend schedule, and other materials—may be picked up at the Kenyon College Bookstore.

Key Return

Residence halls close at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. All residence hall rooms must be vacated by both students and guests by that time. When leaving on Saturday, students and guests must turn in their keys at the REGISTRATION TABLE in the Kenyon College Bookstore. PLEASE NOTE: There is a $50 fee for the replacement of unreturned guest keys.

Academic Hood Return

Prior to crossing the stage to receive their diploma, Seniors will be hooded by two of the ceremonial marshals. THE ACADEMIC HOODS BELONG TO KENYON. If graduates or their families wish to keep the hood, it may be purchased for $120; payment may be made with cash, check, or credit card. If not purchased, the hood must be returned following the ceremony.

Seniors or a family member must return the academic hood to the Hood Return table at the Kenyon Bookstore - and "sign off" on the check in list - by 7:00 p.m. following the ceremony on Saturday, May 18. If the hood is not returned, Graduates will be billed $120 for the cost to replace the hood.
