Scott is a longtime volunteer for Kenyon, with service including eight years on Alumni Council and two terms as president. A 1994 graduate of the College, Scott has a rich Kenyon heritage including his father, Richard Baker Jr.'69, and his sisters, Shelly Baker Butler '96 and Laura Baker Wilkinson '99. Upon graduation, Scott worked briefly in advertising before founding Baker Street Communications in 1996. Scott began his role as director of alumni and parent programs in August 2010. In addition to his leadership of the alumni office, Scott's responsibilities include coordinating plans with the College's development and public affairs teams, oversight of the Kenyon Alumni Association and Kenyon Parents Association, advising Alumni Council and Parents Advisory Council, and campaign fundraising.

Alex joined Kenyon in 2009 to work on the capital campaign, We Are Kenyon and then joined the Office of Alumni and Parent Programs in 2011. She works with the regional presidents and parent chairs in Kenyon's thirty regional associations; responsibilities include planning Learning in the Company of Friends, redeveloping the alumni-parent travel program, and serving as a staff member of Alumni Council Executive Committee. Before joining the College, Alex held several marketing and communications positions in the health care industry in Columbus, Ohio. She is a native of Granville, Ohio, and a graduate of DePauw University with majors in History and French.

A Knox County native, Bethanne joined the staff in October 2008. She is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all campus events sponsored by the Office of Alumni and Parent Programs including Homecoming, Family Weekend, and Reunion Weekend. Her responsibilities also include logistical arrangements for meetings of the Alumni Council, Kenyon Fund Executive Committee and Parents Advisory Council. Bethanne brings to Kenyon a strong background in event planning from her career as director of First-Knox National Bank's Freedom Years program.

A native of the Gambier/Mount Vernon area, Patty began working at Kenyon in 1984 and has been in the Office of Alumni and Parent Programs since 1994. She works with the director of on-campus events for the alumni and parents including Reunion Weekend, Family Weekend, and Homecoming. She handles logistical information for the meetings of the Alumni Council and the Parents Advisory Council. Patty also works on the Alumni-Parent Travel program.

Jill joined the staff in March of 1998. She is responsible for corresponding with alumni and parents, including regional event invitations and electronic invitations. She also assists the director with Alumni Council and Parents Advisory Council activities. She works with the director and regional volunteers such as regional presidents, steering committees and parent chairs. Her responsiblities also include maintaining the regional web pages and supervising the office student workers.
