The Kenyon College Ombuds Office is a safe place where all Kenyon staff, administrators, and faculty are encouraged to discuss in confidence with a neutral third party any workplace dispute or problem they are having. Kenyon ombuds services are independent from the formal grievance processes that are provided by the Office of Human Resources. The Ombudsperson reports trends in conflict to the College President but keeps confidential all individual contacts with Kenyon employees.
