MoveIn information for students returning to campus

Spring Semester 2013

College residences open on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at 5:00pm. Students may not move into their residence before this time. Students should plan their arrival to pick up their key from the Office of Housing and Residential Life in Gund Commons on Saturday, January 12, between 5:00pm and 9:00pm or Sunday, January 13, between 9:00am and 9:00pm. If arriving to campus after these times, students should contact Campus Safety at 740-427-5000 to have the door unlocked; they would then need to pick up their key the next day from the Office of Housing and Residential Life.

All residence hall building entrance doors will require Student ID card swipe access and will not be accessible until the residences are open at 5:00pm Saturday, January 12. Students must have their Student ID card to open the residence hall doors. Students may get a replacement card at Campus Safety for a $20 replacement charge.

Students returning from an Off-Campus Study program, readmitted students, or new transfer students will come to the office during the hours listed above to complete and sign their housing contract and pick up their residential key(s).
