Tour for early arrivers. Will leave Storer Hall and end at Rosse Hall for the first event. There will be other tours throughout the day.

10:00 a.m.

Welcome. Rosse Auditorium, Rosse Hall

10:10 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Your First Year at Kenyon. Jane Martindell, Dean for Academic Advising, along with a panel of students will discuss the first academic year at Kenyon. Rosse Auditorium, Rosse Hall

11:10 a.m. - 12:00 noon

College Admissions Process and Writing Your College Application Essay. Members of the Admissions office will discuss the college application process and give hints and suggestions for writing your college application essay. Rosse Hall

Financial Aid & Merit Scholarship Presentation. A discussion on need-based and merit aid programs at Kenyon. Higley Auditorium, Higley Hall

Campus Tours. This first tour will depart from Rosse Hall at 11:00 a.m.; all other tours depart from Ransom Hall starting at 12:10 p.m.

11:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Lunch. Please join us at your convenience in our newly renovated dining hall and enjoy lunch (a lot of it is locally grown!). Peirce Dining Hall

12:10 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.

"English at Kenyon." This session will highlight the many English and writing opportunities at Kenyon. Rosse Hall Auditorium

Financial Aid & Merit Scholarship Presentation. A discussion on need-based and merit aid programs at Kenyon. Higley Auditorium, Higley Hall

Campus Tours. Tour will depart from the Office of Admissions, Ransom Hall.

1:10 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.

"Studying the Sciences at Kenyon." A session highlighting the extraordinary study/research opportunities at Kenyon. Current students will discuss their research projects. Tour of the science facilities to follow. Higley Hall

"Life on the Hill" Current students will discuss their experience as a student at Kenyon College, both in and out of the classroom. Location tba
