General Things to Look For

In the far-right column look for the source:
KC  Kenyon course
Reg  Registered
Tran  Transfer course or AP credit

Area Restricted grade states no grades of AP for diversification.

Diversification

In the wide blue band, this will say Met or Not Met for the four requirements.

For individual requirements, look in the left column look for No (not met) or Yes (met).

The description of the courses needed is at the bottom of the section.

If a student has one course from two departments, both might be listed, and the "Met?" column will say no. Courses must be in the same department to satisfy the requirement.

Additional Degree Requirements

In the wide blue band, this will say Met or Not Met for the two requirements.

In the left column look for No (not met) or Yes (met).

2nd Language Proficiency Requirement
Quantitative Reasoning

Major Requirements

In the wide blue band, this will say Met or Not Met for the requirements listed in this section.

In the left column, look for No (Not met) or Yes (Met)

Any specific courses are listed first. If they are met, the term, course, title, credit, grade, and source are listed.

Groupings of courses in the section are "rules." These have been grouped as they are in the major requirements as described in the course catalog. These all have the description at the bottom of the section so students know what they need to do to complete the requirement.

This groups the courses to calculate the GPA for disciplinary majors.

Credits Outside Discipline

This will help us look for 9.00 units required outside the discipline.

Credits Outside Department
