The Office of Student Rights and Responsibilites facilitates the College's response to alleged student violations of College policy. The process is designed to ensure the protection of student rights, and through due process, to sort through the information surrounding the alleged incident.
The Student Conduct Review Board is comprised of a faculty chair, faculty members and students who are appointed by the chair of the faculty and Student Council respectively. The Board is trained regarding College policy, hearing procedures, and decision making. The task of the Student Conduct Review Board is to adjudicate all assigned cases of alleged student conduct violations, including sexual misconduct.
Questions regarding the College's conduct process should be directed to Samantha Jones Hughes at (740)427-5140 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
