Orientation Leaders (OLs) are sophomores, juniors and seniors who are a vital part of the orientation experience. Each new student is put into a group with approximately 20 other new students led by two Orientation Leaders.
The primary function of the OLs is to assist new students by providing them with experience and perspective regarding the advising process, acclimating them to campus, and continuing to be available as a resource throughout the year. The OLs are also expected to serve as strong leaders and positive representatives of the College during orientation, assisting with programs as needed and actively contributing to the orientation process.
OLs are matched with students based on academic and/or personal interests, including information provided on the Personal Data Form section of your New Student Forms. You will receive your OL group information in late July. The 2017 Orientation Leaders' names will be released in April 2017.
