Kenyon Staff Council's mission is to seek opportunities to improve communication access across the campus, with special emphasis on the relationships among exempt and non-exempt employees, the President and Senior Staff. Every employee's thoughts, concerns, and vision for a better Kenyon continue to guide our efforts.
Kenyon Staff Council, previously known as the Presidential Advisory and Communications Team (PACT), was formed in 2004 by former President Georgia Nugent. With the inauguration of Kenyon's new president, Sean Decatur, the group's name was changed to more expansively reflect its role in facilitating communication between senior staff and employees, promoting a positive and rewarding workplace. We exist to serve all Kenyon employees, and we look forward to serving you.
