On the Kenyon College Authentication Server page, make sure the text in the right hand box says kenyon.co1.qualtrics.com. Enter your Kenyon and password and click the Login button. An entry screen that allows you to create a new Qualtrics account or migrate an existing Qualtircs account is displayed.
Click on the appropriate button:
I don't have a Qualtrics account if you do not already have a Qualtrics account. Qualtrics creates a new Qualtrics account associated with your Kenyon ID. If successful, you will see the Qualtrics "Create Survey" page but you won't be able to create a survey until you complete and submit the Qualtrics Access Form.
I already have a Qualtrics account if you currently have a Qualtrics account that you would like migrated to a Kenyon account. You will see an entry screen where you can enter your existing Qualtrics account. Enter your existing account and click on the Migrate Account button. Qualtrics creates a new Qualtrics account associated with your Kenyon ID and moves your existing information to your new Kenyon account. You will see the Qualtrics "My Surveys" screen. (For future logins, you will only need to complete steps 1 and 2.)
Unless you are working on a project in the Psychology Department, you will need to complete the Qualtrics Access Form and contact Erika Farfan to get access to create surveys. If you're working in the Psychology Department please contact Katie Corker for your account authorization.
