The Calvin and Lenice Waugh Endowed Fellowship was created in 2007 by an alumna and her husband as a way to offset the cost of job shadows for students who would otherwise be unable to participate. The fund is administered by the Kenyon Career Development Office.
Students must confirm a job shadow in order to complete the Waugh Fellowship application. Students who confirm job shadows will receive a link to the application, which will need to be completed by the Waugh Application deadline. The CDO will send notifications to all selected recipients along with the amount they are eligible to have reimbursed, at which time students will have time to decide whether or not they wish to proceed with the job shadow. Only students who receive need-based aid at Kenyon will be considered.
