Majors must fill in and update as needed the History Requirement Checklist. You can access the History Requirements Checklist by logging into Symplicity. https://c101-shib.symplicity.com/sso. If you are not automatically logged in, enter the same username and password you use for your campus email.

To complete the History Requirements Checklist, go to PROFILE in the top navigation bar, and select “Experiential Learning” from the drop down menu.
If you have not started the History Requirements Checklist, or entered any other Experiential Learning placements, you will see a large “Add New Experience” button in the center of your screen. Otherwise, you will see a slightly smaller “Add New” button off to the right hand side if you have documented other Experiential Learning placements.
When you get to the next screen, you will want to select “History Requirements Checklist” from the drop down menu for PROGRAM TYPE.
If you are returning to edit the checklist, you will see the option to "Edit." Click on Edit to proceed with your changes.
Once you are done completing the form, you will want to save your responses. Click "Submit" to do so.
